Description

Dried Whole Crayfish is a delicious and savory seasoning. Whole Crayfish is used in the preparations of many dishes from coast to coast. Also called crawfish by some, crayfish is rich in protein. While they are much smaller than lobsters, crayfish (Also known as craw-fish) are actually quite similar to lobsters. Both belong to the Crustacea family.
