How To Track Your Order

At Afrigrocer, we make it easy for you to stay updated on your delivery from the moment your order is placed to when it arrives at your doorstep. This page explains how to track your order and what each tracking status means.

1. How to Track Your Order

Tracking your order is simple and can be done in two ways:

Option 1: Track via Afrigrocer Website

  1. Visit the Track Your Order page.
  2. Enter your Order Number (e.g., AG-12345).
  3. Enter the email address used during checkout.
  4. Click “Track Order.”


Your real-time delivery status will be displayed instantly.

Option 2: Track via Email or SMS

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link
  • Courier name
  • Estimated delivery date

Click the link to view live updates from the courier.

2. Order Status Updates (Meaning Explained)

Here are the most common status messages and what they mean:

  • Order Placed – We’ve received your order and it’s being reviewed.

  • Order Confirmed – Payment has been verified and your items are being prepared.

  • Processing – We are packing your items, especially fresh or frozen products.

  • Shipped – Your package has left our facility and is with the courier.

  • In Transit – Your package is on its way to your address.

  • Out for Delivery – The courier is close and will attempt delivery shortly.

  • Delivered – Your package has been successfully delivered.

  • Delivery Attempted – The courier tried to deliver but was unsuccessful.

  • Returned to Sender – The package was returned due to a failed or canceled delivery.

3. Issues With Tracking?

If you cannot see updates or your tracking link is not working:

  • Wait a few hours (sometimes couriers take time to update their system)
  • Ensure your order number and email are correct
  • Check your email spam/junk folder
  • Contact Afrigrocer Support for assistance

4. Missing or Delayed Order?

Please contact us immediately if:

  • Your order is significantly delayed
  • Tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it
  • You suspect your package was lost

We will contact the courier and resolve the issue quickly.
