Coverage varies depending on product type:
Fresh items (meats, fish, vegetables, fruits) → Selected states only
Non-perishable items → Nationwide delivery
Frozen foods → Limited coverage due to temperature-controlled handling
Delivery times vary by location and product category:
Fresh & Frozen Items: 1–3 business days
Dry & Packaged Goods: 2–5 business days
Bulk or Wholesale Orders: 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Package weight
Delivery distance
Product type (fresh, frozen, or dry goods)
Order value
Orders placed:
Before 12 PM (EST) → Processed same day
After 12 PM (EST) → Processed next business day
Weekends & Holidays → Processed next business day
Once your order is shipped:
You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details

Couriers usually make one or two delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect:
Delivery may be rescheduled
Additional fees may apply
Fresh or frozen products may not be eligible for replacement
Because fresh items are time-sensitive, failed delivery due to:
Wrong address
No one available to receive
Delayed pickup
…may result in spoilage.
Such items cannot be refunded or replaced.
If Afrigrocer offers pickup (current/future option):
Pickup times will be displayed at checkout
Customers must inspect items at pickup location
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
You must report it within 24–48 hours with:
